Shipping and Delivery

We have different fulfillment centers in the United States, Europe, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, we process your order in the same day and get it ready for shipment.

If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from the next closest fulfillment center.

Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 5 to 15 days after order processing to receive your package.

Tracking

Once the order is shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system.

Please note that the delay in updating the tracking number has no impact on delivery time. You can track your order at your country’s post website or our Tracking Page.

Return (if applicable)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
